A no-bail warrant has been issued for his arrest.<\/p>\n<p>State prosecutors say the three suspects on Oct. 27 bound and beat 22-year-old Kevin Kirlin and 23-year-old Keeton Kirlin at Scharber\u2019s apartment in a dispute over a missing wallet.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators say Scharber drove the men to Hatcher Pass, shot them and left them to die.<\/p>\n<p>A passer-by found the Kirlins and called Alaska State Troopers.
