It was determined that alcohol was a factor in this case and Peters was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p>Harassment<\/p>\n<p>At 3:17 p.m. on Sunday, a 53-year-old man reported a 49-year-old man was harassing him in the 200 block of Franklin Street.<\/p>\n<p>Motor Vehicle Crash Damage Only<\/p>\n<p>At 3:47 p.m. on Sunday, 38-year-old William Francis Cole was arrested in the 4400 block of Kanata Street for driving while under the influence. Cole was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p>At 9:23 a.m. on Monday, JPD responded to a motor vehicle accident on Basin Road.
