He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p>Sex Crime<\/p>\n<p>At 11:53 p.m. on Thursday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a sexual assault in the Juneau area.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic Hazard<\/p>\n<p>At 4:42 p.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a reported traffic hazard on Douglas Highway.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic Stop<\/p>\n<p>At 12:34 a.m. on Friday, 30-year-old Chelsea Marie Elliot was arrested on Fourth Street for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol content of .138. 46-year-old Henry A.
