Circumstances are not considered suspicious and next of kin has been notified.<\/p>\n<p>At 2:28 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated the death of a 60-year-old man in the Juneau area. Next of kin has been notified and circumstances are not considered suspicious.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Domestic Dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 2:17 a.m. on Tuesday, a 39-year-old man was arrested for driving while intoxicated, domestic violence assault, criminal trespass and criminal mischief. He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 6:13 p.m. on Monday, a 28-year-old woman reported her vehicle was struck by another vehicle on Egan Drive that left without contacting her.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspicious Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:26 p.m. on Monday, 31-year-old Cody Herndon was arrested on Twelfth Street for third-degree assault and impersonation.
