He is no longer being charged with first-degree murder, which he was arrested on charges of in late November after a two-month investigation into the killing of Faith Rogers, 55.<\/p>\n<p>Migliaccio was not present in court, but spoke over the phone from Lemon Creek Correctional Center where he&rsquo;s being held on a $500,000 cash-only bail. He has pleaded not guilty.<\/p>\n<p>A readiness hearing was set for 11:15 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 28.
