Alcohol was a factor.<\/p>\n<p>Theft<\/p>\n<p>At 7:42 a.m. Wednesday, a 67-year-old woman reported theft of a package on Nowell Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Trespassing<\/p>\n<p>At 12:46 p.m. on Tuesday, 34-year-old Willie James Gillen was cited and released for trespassing and violating conditions of release on Teal Street. Gillen was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.<\/p>\n<p>Violating conditions of release<\/p>\n<p>At 12:38 p.m. Tuesday, 31-year-old Delina Sims was cited and released for violating conditions of release on Egan Drive. Additionally, at 1:07 p.m. Sims was arrested for violating conditions of release on Main Street and taken to LCCC.
