He was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disturbance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 8:51 p.m. on Monday, 62-year-old Angela Martin was arrested on Willoughby Avenue for assault, assault on a parole officer and harassment. She was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Domestic Dispute<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:37 p.m. on Tuesday, JPD responded to a reported domestic disturbance on Fourth Street.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At 1:19 a.m. on Tuesday, 64-year-old Roy Jones was arrested on 12th Street for driving while impaired and misconduct involving a weapon.
