Anyone listed in this report is presumed innocent.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Burglary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 9:12 p.m. Monday, a 26-year-old intoxicated woman entered another person\u2019s residence without permission in the 400 block of 12th Street. The victim declined to pursue criminal charges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions violation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 2:24 p.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department investigated a report of a domestic violence protective order violation. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Criminal mischief<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 10:02 p.m. Monday, Joshua Lea, 36, was arrested for criminal mischief in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive after allegedly damaging the property of a medical facility valued at about $100. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was involved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Criminal trespass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 4:49 p.m. Monday, Alan Lee was arrested for criminal trespass in the 11100 block of Glacier Highway and was taken to LCCC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fire and medical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 On Tuesday, Capital City Fire\/Rescue responded to 10 EMS calls around town throughout the day, two medical transport calls, a report of a transformer fire on 6th Street but no fire was found, and a call to Montgomery Street that was canceled en route.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Theft<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 7:22 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of theft at a business in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traffic complaint<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 1:21 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of the misuse of plates on a vehicle in the 1700 block of Douglas Highway. Unable to locate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vehicle rifling<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 1:58 p.m. Monday, JPD investigated a vehicle rifling in the 300 block of Gastineau Avenue that resulted in approximately $125 worth of stolen property.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 At 11:40 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of a vehicle rifling and theft in the 300 block of Franklin Street.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This report contains public information available to the Empire from law enforcement and public safety agencies.
