Aiding Women in Abuse & Rape Emergencies (AWARE), Inc., is proud to announce this year’s Women of Distinction honorees, to be recognized at AWARE’s 21st annual Women of Distinction Dinner and Silent Auction.
The AWARE board of directors solicits nominations from the community, and each year chooses four women to be honored at the gala fundraising event. This year’s honorees are: Andrea Cesar, Sioux Douglas, Kris Sell and Rena Sims. They will be honored at Centennial Hall on March 4, 2017. The celebration includes live music, auction, and seven minute speeches from the honorees about what inspires them.
