Juneau students earn academic honors.

Juneau student earns honors at College of Saint Benedict/ Saint John’s University

Rachel Erben of Juneau was among those who earned dean’s list recognition at College of Saint Benedict/Saint John’s University for the spring 2022 semester, the university announced.

Students must earn at least a 3.8 GPA or above on 12 or more credits for which honor points are earned that semester, according to the university. Erben is majoring in political science.

Juneau student earns honors at University of Utah

Thomas Edward Kauffman, of Juneau was among those who earned dean’s list recognition at the University of Utah, the university announced.

To qualify, students must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher in at least 12 graded credit hours during any one term, according to the university. Kauffman’s major is listed as pre-computer science.

Juneau student graduates from Cedarville University

Laura Walsh of Juneau graduated from Cedarville University in spring 2022 with an undergraduate degree in psychology, the university announced.

Juneau student earns honors at George Fox University

Kara Lange of Juneau was among those who earned dean’s list recognition at George Fox University for the spring 2022 semester, the university announced. Traditional undergraduate students must earn a 3.5 GPA or above on 12 or more hours of graded work to earn a spot on the dean’s list, according to the university. Lange is a senior majoring in cinematic arts.

Juneau students earn honors at Whitman College

Three Juneau students were among those to earn academic distinction at Whitman College.

Those students include Jordan Bluett, Sabrina Jones and Kiana Potter, according to the college.

This recognition is given to students who have completed a minimum of 12 credits, passed all credits attempted, and have earned a GPA of 3.5 or higher on no fewer than nine graded credits during the semester, according to the college.

Juneau student earns honors at Hamline University

Jaime Hort of Juneau was among students named to the Hamline University College of Liberal Arts Dean’s List for the fall 2021 term, the university announced.

To qualify, students must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher and complete a minimum of 16 credit hours, according to the university.
