I’d like to sincerely express my gratitude to Juneau’s Capitol Akcess services in Juneau Alaska.
Dale who is Capitol Akcesss head is there all day every day he doesn’t miss a beat. The other dispatchers are awesome August and Emmanuel. I always tell them I couldn’t make it without them and it’s true. My health has failed during the past few years and I forget most of what they say. The drivers are great they are always on time, get us to wherever we need to go and work in the horrible weather the wind rain snow and ice. Last winter, the Sunday we had the worst snowstorm of the year, I looked out the window, and here was the Capitol Akcess driver walking through the snow to get a client that had a ride scheduled, and he couldn’t pull up to her house.
I’ve lived down south and its a different story down there. Capitol Akcess is efficient and always on time — I am a senior and I know I couldn’t do this without their wonderful service.
