Civil Engineering Unit Juneau receives new commander.

Here’s photographs from today’s Change of Command ceremony for U.S. Coast Guard Commander Andrew S. Joca and Commander Nathan L. Rumsey.

The ceremony, held at the Juneau Arts and Culture Center, was for the Juneau Civil Engineering Unit.

Outgoing Commander Joca assumed command of the unit in May 2016 and will become the Director of Operational Logistics in Norfolk, Virginia. Rumsey’s most recent assignment was the Engineer Officer and Facilities Engineer at Sector New York.
