Assault

• At 5:12 a.m. Friday, Juneau Police Department officers responded to a report of a sexual assault in the 1400 block of Harbor Way. Alcohol was involved.

• At 2:35 p.m. Friday, Eric Sele, 26, was arrested for assault in the 2200 block of Trout Street.

Burglary

• At 12:04 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a burglary in the 5400 block of Commercial Boulevard. Investigation continues.

• At 8:30 a.m. Friday, JPD responded to a report of a burglary in the 3600 block of Amalga Street. Investigation continues.

Child abuse/neglect

• At 7:50 p.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report of harm to a child from the Office of Children’s Services.

Conditions violation

• At 12:23 a.m. Friday, Shauna Valesco, 28, was arrested in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway for violating conditions of release. Valesco was taken to LCCC and held on $1,000 bail.

Domestic violence

• At 6:56 p.m. Thursday, a man was arrested for assault and criminal mischief in a domestic violence incident in the Juneau area. The man was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held without bail. Alcohol was involved.

• At 9:49 p.m. Thursday, JPD arrested a 31-year-old Juneau woman for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. She was taken to and held at LCCC.

Driving under the influence

• At 2:57 a.m. Saturday, Mark Knott, 46, was arrested for felony driving under the influence, refusing to submit a chemical test and avoidance of ignition interlock device. Knott was taken to LCCC and held without bail.

Hit and run

• At 8:27 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to a report of a hit and run in the 5700 block of Concrete Way. Investigation continues.

Liquor violation

• At 10:24 p.m. Friday, JPD received a report of the fradulent use of an out of state driver’s license in the 2500 block of Industrial Boulevard. Investigation continues. Alcohol was involved.

Theft

• At 3:20 p.m. Thursday, a 41-year-old female reported gas was siphoned from a company vehicle in the 2500 block of Channel Drive.

• At 8:59 a.m. Friday, a 25-year-old female reported a package worth about $71 was possibly taken from her mailbox in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway.

• At 6:12 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a vehicle theft in the 9200 block of James Boulevard. The vehicle was later recovered and returned to its owners.

Trespassing

• At 9:56 a.m. Saturday, Thomas M. Berner, 63, was arrested for two counts of criminal trespass at the Juneau International Airport.

• At 10:43 a.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of trespassing in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.
