Assault

• At 2:15 a.m. Thursday, Phillip Drummer, 52, was arrested for assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street, and he was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center without bail.

Burglary

• At 2:18 a.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of a burglary in the 200 block of Franklin Street. Investigation continues.

Criminal mischief

• At 7:14 a.m. Thursday, Beau A. Smith, 34, was arrested for criminal mischief in the 300 block of Fourth Street, and he was taken to LCCC.

Criminal trespass

• At 10:28 p.m. Wednesday, Alan Jeffrey Lee, 30, was cited and released for trespassing in the 1200 block of Ninth Street.

Domestic violence

• At 11:51 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a domestic dispute. Investigation continues into a possible domestic violence assault.

• At 1:27 a.m. Thursday, a 42-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, and he was taken to LCCC without bail. Alcohol was involved.

• At 3:05 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a violation of a domestic violence protective order. Investigation continues.

• At 8:07 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a domestic dispute. A case was created for disorderly conduct. No other information was available.

Drunken driving

• At 11:08 p.m. Wednesday, Jazmin Alice Cherian, 24, was arrested for driving under the influence in the 15300 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. Nathan Saddler Teal, 25, was also arrested for DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test, and he was taken to LCCC.

Harassment

• At 2:46 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of harassment and conditions violation in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Investigation continues. Unknown if alcohol was involved.

Interfering with an officer

• At 6:08 p.m. Wednesday, Odette Nathan, 34, was arrested for interfering with an officer in the 100 block of Marine Way for failing to provide identification during an active investigation. She was taken to LCCC and released on her own recognizance. Alcohol was involved.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 10:21 a.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a damage-only crash in the 800 block of 12th Street.

Theft

• At 3:12 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a stolen cellphone in the 2800 block of Postal Way. Investigation continues.

• At 9:21 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a theft from a building in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. Investigation continues.

• At 10:54 a.m. Thursday, a 31-year-old man reported fraudulent activity on his credit card. Investigation continues.

Warrant arrest

• At 8:44 p.m. Wednesday, Dakota Gallant, 25, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive. He was taken to LCCC.
