Disturbance
• At 2:11 p.m. Saturday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a disturbance in the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road, and a 40-year-old man was taken to BRH for an involuntary mental health evaluation.
Fire and medical
• On Monday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to nine EMS calls, a medical transport call, a residential fire alarm triggered by building construction on O’Day Drive, a boat fire at Aurora Harbor, a fire alarm system malfunction on Ninth Street and a disabled vehicle on Egan Drive.
• On Tuesday, CCFR responded to six EMS calls, four medical transport calls, a dryer fire on James Boulevard, a fire alarm malfunction on Jordan Avenue and a call that was cancelled en route.
Suspicious activity
• At 6:03 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a report of attempted vehicle theft in the 9200 block of Glacier Highway.
Theft
• At 3:04 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of a theft from a residence in the 800 block of 12th Street. investigation continues.
• At 5:24 p.m. Saturday, a 48-year-old woman reported the theft of a cellphone in the 1800 block of Shell Simmons Drive.
• At 9:50 a.m. Sunday, a 44-year-old woman reported the theft of a Native vest, Amazon fire tablet and a Google and Netflix gift card, in the 400 block of Third Street. Approximate value of the items was listed at $244.
Vandalism
• At 6:58 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of vandalism to a van on Basin Road. Investigation continues.
• At 10:54 a.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of vandalism to a vehicle in the 300 block of Willoughby Avenue.
Warrant arrest
• At 8:37 a.m. Sunday, Cecil Yeisley, 23, was arrested in the 200 block of Fifth Street on an outstanding Alaska State Trooper warrant on the original charge of theft. He was also arrested for resisting and interfering with his arrest, and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
