Assault

• At 9:59 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the report of an assault in the 2200 block of Trout Street.

Burglary

• At 2:36 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the report of a theft from a business in the 11000 block of Auke Lake Way. Investigation continues.

Child abuse/neglect

• At 1:57 p.m. Tuesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of child abuse in the Juneau area.

Disorderly conduct

• At 11:49 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Brian Lauth, 27, and Anthony Delgado, 29, for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Front Street. Alcohol was a factor. Both of them were taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic violence

• At 9:16 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested a 39-year-old man in the Juneau area on an outstanding no bail parole warrant. He was also charged with violating a domestic violence protective order. He was taken to LCCC and held without bail.

• At 3:18 a.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested a 40-year-old man for domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor. He was taken to LCCC and held without bail.

Fraud

• At 12:47 p.m. Tuesday, JPD conducted an investigation into fraud on Egan Drive.

Sex crime

• At 4:27 p.m. Tuesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of a sex crime in the Juneau area.

Theft

• At 5:13 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the report of the shoplifting of a DeWalt grinder from Western Auto in the 5100 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.

• At 3:04 a.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the report of a man, 66, who reported a theft in the 7100 block of Glacier Highway.

Vehicle rifling

• At 12:19 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the report of vehicle rifling in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.
