Assault
• At 12:46 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Allen Court to investigate the report of an assault. Alcohol was a factor. Investigation continues.
Burglary
• At 7:10 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 1700 block of Douglas Highway to investigate the report of a burglary. Investigation continues.
Domestic violence
• At 6:43 p.m., JPD responded to the report of domestic violence in the Juneau area. See Thursday’s A3 page for more information.
Theft
• At 1:01 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 300 block of Franklin Street to investigate the report of a theft.
• At 3:05 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Fourth Street to investigate the report of a theft. A Lenovo laptop computer and a black and blue Swiss backpack were taken. Investigation continues.
•At 3:19 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 300 block of Gold Street to investigate the report of a theft.
• At 3:48 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 3200 block of Hospital Drive to investigate the report of a theft.
• At 4:56 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 400 block of Third Street to investigate the report of a woman, 50, who reported that a pair of Sorel boots were stolen from her Arctic entryway.
• At 8:14 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 4200 block of Mendenhall Boulevard to investigate the report of a woman, 33, who reported her gas can was stolen from her driveway.
