Police calls for Friday, Oct. 27, 2017

Assault

• At 11:28 a.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department responded to a reported assault on the 2100 block of Lawson Creek Road. Investigation continues.

Burglary

• At 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested 36-year-old Christopher Calvin Glover for burglary in the second degree and criminal mischief at a business on the 11000 block of Glacier Highway. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 9:19 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a reported burglary and theft from a secured storage facility on the 5400 block of Shaune Drive. Investigation continues.

Hit and run

• At 9:10 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a hit and run on the 4800 block of Glacier Highway.

Theft

• At 9:59 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the report of a stolen pit bull on the 1100 block of Second Street. Investigation continues.

• At 11:26 p.m. Tuesday, a 42-year-old woman reported her cellphone stolen on the 300 block of Whittier Street.

• At 8:15 a.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of the theft of a forklift on the 5300 block of Shaune Drive. Investigation continues.

• At 8:55 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of stolen firearms on the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road. One firearm was returned to its owner.

Trespassing

• At 11:41 p.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to a report of a burglary of a secured common laundry room and vandalism to a vending machine on the 5000 block of Glacier Highway. Investigation continues.

• At 11:54 a.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested 32-year-old Cocoa Fudge for trespassing and on a JPD warrant. Fudge was taken to LCCC.

Vandalism

• At 1:16 p.m. Tuesday, a 53-year-old male reported $500 damage one to a business on the 3100 block of Channel Drive sometime in the last month.

• At 1:32 p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported damage to a stairwell railing on Egan Drive.

• At 10:09 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of vandalism on the 4700 block of Douglas Highway. Investigation continues.

Vehicle rifling

• At 11:55 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a vehicle rifling with items stolen on the 8600 block of Teal Street.
