Assault
At 12:55 p.m. on Monday, a 68-year-old male reported he was assaulted on Franklin Street.
Driving Under the Influence
At 12:18 a.m. on Monday, the Alaska State Troopers reported that at 8:24 p.m. Sunday they received multiple REDDI (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately) reports near Point Mackenzie Road in Wasilla. AST located the vehicle driven by 32-year-old Blade Aycock age 32 of Juneau. He was arrested for driving under the influence, misconduct involving a controlled substance and violating conditions of release. He was taken to the Mat-Su Pretrial facility in Palmer where bail was set at $250.
Found Property
At 6:52 p.m. on Monday, a 38-year-old female found a rifle on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive that was turned in to the Juneau Police Department for safekeeping.
Harassment
At 8:42 p.m. on Monday, JPD received a report of a 23-year-old male harassing a 17-year-old male on Trappers Lane.
Theft
At 10:37 p.m. on Monday, JPD began an investigation into a reported theft of alcohol on 3rd Street.
Trespassing
At 12:30 p.m. on Monday, 24-year-old Paul Dunham was cited and released on Teal Street for trespassing.
At 9:27 p.m. on Monday, 23-year-old Martin Velasquez was arrested on Egan Drive for assault. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.
Vandalism or Graffiti
At 7:35 p.m. on Monday, a 43-year-old female reported a 37-year-old male committed criminal mischief and assault on Sherwood Lane. Domestic violence was a factor.
