Panhandling Complaint

At 11:47 a.m. on Sunday, a found bike on Commercial Boulevard was placed into safekeeping.

Theft

At 8:16 p.m. on Sunday, 38-year-old Judson Morgan was arrested on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive for driving without a license, violating conditions of release and vehicle theft. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Traffic Stop

At 3:27 a.m. on Sunday, 44-year-old Jennifer McAllister was arrested on Riverside Drive for driving while license revoked and violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC.

At 4:29 p.m. on Sunday, 35-year-old Cherish Ann Blake was cited and released for driving without a valid license.
