Assault
• At 5:54 p.m. Wednesday, the Juneau Police Department arrested Sharon Harris, 26, in the 200 block of Franklin Street for third-degree assault for threatening to harm someone with a knife. Alcohol was a factor.
Burglary
• At 8:19 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the 3000 block of Clinton Drive to investigate the report of a 51-year-old woman who reported a burglary that happened at her business. Investigation continues.
Criminal mischief
• At 4:32 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the 4000 block of Delta Drive to investigate a report of criminal mischief. Investigation continues.
Domestic violence
• At 3:40 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to a report of domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor. Investigation continues.
Fraud
• At 3:25 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of a 24-year-old man who reported debit card fraud in the Juneau area.
• At 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the report of a 27-year-old man who reported someone used his online account fraudulently.
Motor vehicle crash
• At 8:49 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to Ferry Way to investigate the report of a white van that backed into a city street sign and caused damage.
Sex crime
• At 4:27 p.m. Wednesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a sexual assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor.
Shoplifting
• At 10:28 p.m. Wednesday, JPD arrested Wade Bowen, 26, in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue for trespassing and larceny.
Theft
• At 2:27 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 3600 block of Amalga Street to investigate the report of possible mail theft from a residence. Investigation continues.
• At 10:37 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 300 block of Egan Drive to investigate the report of vehicle theft. Investigation continues.
Trespassing
• At 7:14 a.m. Thursday, JPD cited and released Casey Muir, 33, in the 200 block of Franklin Street for criminal trespass.
• At 8:01 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road to investigate a report of a stolen bike. Investigation continues.
• At 8:33 a.m. Thursday, JPD responded to the 15200 block of Point Luisa Road to investigate a report of theft. Investigation continues.
• At 10:05 a.m. Thursday, JPD cited and released Christian Knapp, 24, and Tamara Silk, 34, in the 2000 block of Jordan Avenue for criminal trespass.
Warrant arrest
• At about 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, Juneau-based Alaska State Troopers arrested Juneau resident Shanye Ian Howard, 28, at a Cinema Drive residence on a warrant for failing to appear. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and bail was set at $5,000. Howard’s first name is spelled “Shayne” and “Shanye” in different electronic court records.
Vandalism
• At 10:47 p.m. Wednesday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Franklin Street to investigate a report of criminal mischief at the Marine View Apartments. Investigation continues.
