Assault

At 5:42 p.m. on Wednesday, 38-year-old William Charles Peters Jr. was arrested for assault, larceny and violating conditions of release in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 8:18 p.m. on Wednesday, a 33-year-old woman reported a 34-year-old man assaulted a 54-year-old woman in the 1900 block of Allen Court.

Child abuse/neglect

At 11:39 a.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a report of child abuse.

Conditions violation

At 5:16 p.m. on Wednesday, a 24-year-old woman reported a 46-year-old woman violated a protective order by contacting her in the 200 block of Franklin Street.

At 7:25 a.m. on Thursday, 30-year-old Vance Richard Webster was arrested for vandalism and violating conditions of release on the 700 block of Willoughby Avenue and taken to LCCC.

At 9:37 a.m. on Thursday, 66-year-old David Bruce Borleck was arrested for violating conditions of release in the 5900 block of Churchill Way and taken to LCCC.

Motor vehicle crash

At 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of a vehicle striking a bicyclist in the 3500 block of Riverside Drive. The bicyclist was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital for injuries and a 45-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield on a red signal.

Shoplifting

At 12:16 p.m. on Wednesday, 48-year-old Lisa Lana Kuhr was cited and released for concealment of merchandise in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.

Theft

At 1 p.m. on Wednesday, a 31-year-old woman reported a theft from a local business in the 8500 block of Old Dairy Road.

Traffic stop

At 10:28 p.m. on Wednesday, 31-year-old Michael Alanso Gomez was cited and released for driving without a license in the 5700 block of Concrete Way. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Trespassing

At 10:09 p.m. on Wednesday, a 46-year-old man reported a 49-year-old man was trespassing at the harbor in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road.

Warrant arrest

At 5:13 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD arrested 28-year-old Marcus Worthington for multiple JPD warrants in the 100 block of Franklin Street and took him to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.
