Burglary
• At 11:53 p.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 200 block of Eighth Street to investigate the report of a 45-year-old man who reported a burglary at his home.
• At 4:56 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 3600 block of Amalga Street to investigate the report of a burglary. Investigation continues.
• At 11:22 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested John Katzeek, 43, in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway for one count of first-degree burglary and two counts of third-degree mischief. Alcohol was a factor.
Child abuse/neglect
• At 3:59 p.m. Monday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of child abuse in the Juneau area.
Conditions violation
• At 2:30 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 2400 block of Douglas Highway to investigate the report of a conditions violation. Investigation continues.
Domestic violence
• At 2:31 a.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested a 26-year-old man in the Juneau area for disorderly conduct, larceny and resisting/interfering with an officer that involved domestic violence. Alcohol was a factor. The man was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held on $500 cash bail.
Drug misconduct
• At 5:07 p.m. Monday, JPD created a case to document possible narcotics being found and turned into the police.
• At 9:12 a.m. Tuesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into drug activity in the Juneau area.
Drunken driving
• At 1:24 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested Cory Padgett, 29, in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive for driving under the influence. Padgett’s car was impounded, and Padgett was taken to LCCC.
• At 8:49 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested Travis See, 38, in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway for driving under the influence. His breath-alcohol content was measured at 0.330, and he was taken to LCCC.
• At 1105 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 8100 block of Egan Drive to investigate the report of driving while intoxicated. Investigation continues.
Motor vehicle crash
• At 4:46 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 11700 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a hit and run. No injuries were reported. Investigation continues.
• At 12:36 a.m. Monday, JPD created a case for a reported motor vehicle collision on Calhoun Avenue. No injuries were reported.
• At 8:37 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 10300 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a motor vehicle crash. No injuries were reported.
Resisting arrest
• At 12:52 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested William Eric Moy, 25, in the 8400 block of Nugget Drive for resisting arrest and interfering with an arrest. Moy was taken to LCCC.
Sex crime
• At 1:15 p.m. Monday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the reported sexual abuse of a minor in the Juneau area.
Shoplifting
• At 5:07 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard to investigate the report of a shoplift. Investigation continues.
Theft
• At 4:31 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 3200 block of Mendenhall Loop Road to investigate the reported theft of multiple items from a vehicle.
• At 12:44 a.m. Monday, JPD contacted two men in the 5100 block of Glacier Highway on suspicion of stealing gasoline. Investigation continues.
• At 9:59 a.m. Monday, JPD responded to the Blueberry Hill parking lot to investigate the report of Trail Mix, Inc., which reported the theft of $1,200 worth of lumber.
• At 2:28 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 9400 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a theft from the AT&T store.
• At 8:53 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Marine Way to investigate the report of a 49-year-old woman who reported her vehicle stolen. The vehicle was later recovered. Investigation continues.
Trespassing
• At 9:40 a.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Fischer Tresham, 20, in the 9200 block of Cinema Drive for criminal trespass. Tresham was taken to LCCC.
