Assault
At 4:20 a.m. on Tuesday, a 21-year-old man reported a 35-year-old man assaulted a 30-year-old woman in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor. JPD is investigating.
Death
At 2:40 p.m. on Monday, Juneau Police Department investigated the death of a 77-year-old woman in the 5800 block of Churchill Way. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.
Disturbance
At 3:27 a.m. on Tuesday, JPD investigated a report of misconduct involving weapons in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway.
Drug activity
At 8:49 p.m. on Monday, JPD documented the destruction of heroin in the the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.
Lost/found
At 11:53 a.m. on Tuesday, a cell phone was turned in for safekeeping.
Theft
At 12:45 p.m. on Monday, a 34-year-old man reported his 1984 Winnebago stolen from the 4000 block of Vintage Boulevard.
Traffic stop
At 8:39 p.m. on Monday, 40-year-old Charles Martin Brouillette was cited and released for driving with a revoked license in the 5700 block of Concrete Way. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
Vandalism
At 4:41 a.m. on Tuesday, a 33-year-old man reported the window of his Subaru was broken with a rock in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.
Warrant arrest
At 4:24 p.m. on Monday, 58-year-old Vincent Nicolas Libertino was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 300 block of Gastineau Avenue and taken to LCCC.
