Burglary

• At 8:48 a.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 800 block of Goldbelt Avenue to investigate the reported burglary of a home.

Child abuse/neglect

• At 10:11 a.m. Tuesday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of child abuse in the Juneau area.

Disturbance

• At 9:13 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 10800 block of Black Bear Road to investigate the report of a 13-year-old boy destroying property.

• At 9:57 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 2200 block of Trout Street to investigate a disturbance involving a 38-year-old man and a 35-year-old man.

Domestic violence

• At 5:16 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the report of domestic violence in the Juneau area.

• At 8:45 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested a 31-year-old man in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault. Alcohol was a factor. The man was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Sex crime

• At 12:42 p.m. Monday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of sexual assault in the Juneau area.

Shoplifting

• At 4:59 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 400 block of Franklin Street to investigate the report of shoplifting from a local business.

Theft

• At 4:50 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 9400 block of La Perouse Avenue to investigate a 29-year-old man’s report that his 1988 GMC pickup was stolen. The car was later found and turned over to the owner.

• At 5:17 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 100 block of Behrends Avenue to investigate the report of a stolen 2004 Subaru. The car was later recovered.

• At 10:52 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 3400 block of Foster Avenue to investigate a 77-year-old woman’s report that a person entered her home and stole an unknown number of items.

• At 10:21 a.m. Tuesday, JPD responded to the 500 block of Fifth Street to investigate a 62-year-old’s report that a Schwinn bicycle worth an estimated $350 was stolen sometime the previous night.

Trespassing

• At 2:57 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to the 8100 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a 27-year-old woman trespassing at Fred Meyer.
