Burglary

• At 12:10 p.m. Saturday, the Juneau Police Department responded to the 800 block of F Street to investigate the report of a burglary. Investigation continues.

Death

• At 10:16 a.m. Saturday, JPD and the U.S. Coast Guard responded to the report of a body in Gastineau Channel. Foul play is not suspected. Read more on Monday’s A1.

Domestic violence

• At 7:49 p.m. Friday, JPD investigated the report of the violation of a restraining order in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.

• At 4:37 a.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the report of the violation of conditions in the Juneau area.

• At 6:43 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the report of criminal mischief involving domestic violence in the Juneau area. An estimated $50 of property was damaged. Investigation continues.

• At 9:46 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the report of a domestic violence assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was a factor. Investigation continues.

Drunken driving

• At 3:28 a.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Janine Marina Rose Phillips, 25, in the 1300 block of Egan Drive for driving under the influence. Her blood-alcohol content was measured at 0.257 percent and her vehicle was impounded.

• At 11:14 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Amanda Scott, 23, in the 3400 block of Douglas Highway for driving under the influence. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor. Her vehicle was impounded.

• At 12:58 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 5400 block of Egan Drive to investigate a crash where alcohol might have been a factor. The driver of the car was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital for medical evaluation. The vehicle was impounded.

• At 2:23 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Kalin Martushev, 35, in the 3300 block of Egan Drive for driving while intoxicated and refusing to provide a breath sample. Alcohol is believed to have been a factor, and the car was impounded.

Shoplifting

• At 4:32 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the 8100 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a shoplift. Investigation continues.

Theft

• At 3:45 p.m. Friday, JPD arrested Franklin William Hotch III, 27, in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway for larceny. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held due to an outstanding sentence that needed to be served.

• At 4:32 p.m. Friday, JPD responded to the 2000 block of Lemon Creek Road to investigate the report of a man who reported the theft of several items from his vehicle.

• At 10 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the 9800 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a vehicle theft. Investigation continues.

• At 11:19 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the 1800 block of Northwood Drive to investigate the report of a stolen vehicle. Investigation continues.

• At 1:18 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Front Street to investigate the report of a woman, 24, who reported the theft of a wallet.

• At 11:20 a.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 3600 block of Amalga Street to investigate the report that a green camouflage black-framed Monster Moto mini-bike had been stolen.

Trespassing

• At 4:23 p.m. Friday, JPD cited and released Casey Muir, 31, in the 1900 block of Allen Court for trespassing.
