Assault

At 2:21 a.m. on Saturday, 34-year-old Tuitofa Tuitupou was arrested for assault in the 3400 block of Tongass Boulevard and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 5:09 p.m. on Saturday, a 42-year-old was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 8:27 a.m. on Sunday, 30-year-old Ofa Ki Mataki Kivalu was arrested for multiple assaults, violating conditions of release, and driving without a license in the 8700 block of Trinity Drive and taken to LCCC.

Burglary

At 1:13 p.m. on Thursday, JPD received report of a burglary in the 8600 block of Trinity Drive.

Child abuse/neglect

At 10:05 a.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated a report of child abuse/neglect.

Conditions violation

At 12:15 p.m. on Friday, 46-year-old Sidney Wayne Speers was arrested for violating conditions of release in the 2200 block of Trout Street and taken to LCCC.

Death

At 8:19 p.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a death on the 400 block of Willoughby Drive.

Disturbance

At 10:38 a.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a disturbance on the 2800 block of Postal Way.

At 12:14 a.m. on Sunday, JPD documented underage drinking on the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Driving while intoxicated

At 11:17 p.m. on Friday, 21-year-old Scott James Belleza was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol content of .195 in the 6500 block of Egan Drive and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

At 11:28 p.m. on Friday, 30-year-old Justin Lee Bell was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol content of .212 on the 100 block of Savikko Road and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Domestic dispute

At 6:20 p.m. on Thursday, a 47-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-criminal mischief and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Drug activity

At 3:37 p.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated a report of drug activity.

Motor vehicle crash

At 2:50 p.m. on Saturday, a 63-year-old man reported witnessing a hit and run on the 100 block of Savikko Road.

At 2:57 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a motor vehicle crash on Engineers Cutoff Road. Two casualties were transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital.

Robbery

At 8:02 p.m. on Thursday, a 36-year-old woman reported a 30-year-old man forcibly stole $200 from her.

Sex crime

At 7:18 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report of a sexual assault.

At 1:23 p.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated a report of a sexual assault.

Suspicious activity

At 4:11 a.m. on Friday, 30-year-old Ofa Ki Mataki Kivalu, 25-year-old Dably Larae Sarabia, and 32-year-old Aaron Tyler Thate were cited and released for criminal trespass on the 3600 block of Amalga Street. Kivalu and Sarabia were also cited and released for violating conditions of release.

Theft

At 8:24 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a report of a theft.

At 11:26 p.m. on Saturday, a 48-year-old man reported the theft of his backpack on the 300 block of Whittier Street.

Traffic stop

At 4:15 p.m. on Friday, 37-year-old Jose Manzo was cited and released for driving with license revoked and violating conditions of release on the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Trespassing

At 4:53 p.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a criminal trespass in the 3400 block of Glacier Highway.

At 1:14 p.m. on Friday, 23-year-old Adrienne Martine Audet was cited and released for criminal trespass in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

Warrant arrest

At 9:48 p.m. on Thursday, 54-year-old Earl Saunders McKinley was arrested for two Alaska State Trooper warrants in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 11:54 p.m. on Friday, 38-year-old Terrell Lance Love was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 2200 block of Crow Hill Drive and taken to LCCC.
