Assault

At 8:04 a.m. on Saturday, Juneau Police Department investigated a report by a 52-year-old woman that she was assaulted by a 47-year-old woman in the 5000 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.

Burglary

At 4:51 p.m. on Saturday, a 31-year-old man reported his boat had been burglarized in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road.

At 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, a 26-year-old man reported his residence was burglarized in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.

Conditions violation

At 6:39 p.m. on Thursday, a 39-year-old woman reported a 43-year-old man violated his conditions of release.

At 10:06 a.m. on Saturday, a 60-year-old woman reported a 43-year-old man violated a stalking protective order.

At 8:09 a.m. on Sunday, JPD documented a noncompliant sex offender in the 5000 block of Glacier Highway.

Death

At 3:24 p.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated the death of a 78-year-old man in the 1700 block of Douglas Highway. The death is not considered suspicious and the next of kin has been notified.

Fight

At 3:01 a.m. on Saturday, 31-year-old Raphael Bolanos was cited and released for disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Front Street. Alcohol was a factor.

Fraud/forgery

At 5:47 p.m. on Thursday, a 40-year-old woman reported a possible fraudulent use of a credit card in the 11700 block of Glacier Highway.

Motor vehicle crash

At 9:16 a.m. on Friday, a 67-year-old woman reported her 2014 Subaru was damaged on the 100 block of Second Street.

Sex crime

At 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a possible sexual assault.

Shoplifting

At 1:17 p.m. on Thursday, 32-year-old Kirstie George was arrested for larceny and false report as well as an Alaska State Troopers warrant in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. At the same time and place, 35-year-old Kenneth Demmert was also arrested for larceny and taken to LCCC.

Theft

At 3:36 p.m. on Friday, 45-year-old Georgiana Joseph was arrested for larceny in the 400 block of Franklin Street and taken to LCCC.

At 11:08 a.m. on Saturday, JPD received a report of a stolen firearm in the 4100 block of Dogwood Lane.

Traffic stop

At 2:39 p.m. on Friday, 57-year-old Max David Guthert was cited and released for driving with a suspended license in the 11700 block of Glacier Highway.

At 12:49 a.m. on Saturday, 34-year-old Anthony Pasquariello was arrested for driving while intoxicated on the 2800 block of Riverside Drive and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

Warrant arrest

At 11:14 p.m. on Thursday, 41-year-old Renee Lynn Stevens was arrested for two JPD warrants in the 1200 block of Harbor Way and taken to LCCC.

At 8:30 a.m. on Friday, 32-year-old Vance Webster was arrested on an AST warrant in the 9200 block of Cinema Drive and taken to LCCC.

At 2:56 a.m. on Saturday, 60-year-old Jerry Nelson was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

At 9:09 a.m. on Saturday, 47-year-old Theodosia Deann James was arrested on three JPD warrants in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive and taken to LCCC.

At 11:27 p.m. on Saturday, 27-year-old Malcolm Lorenzo Palmer was arrested on a JPD warrant in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard and taken to LCCC.
