Criminal mischief
• At 11:09 p.m. on Wednesday, 38-year-old Stephen Brower was arrested for criminal mischief and violating conditions of release on Egan Drive and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Domestic dispute
• At 2:08 a.m. on Saturday, a 38-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence/assault and taken to LCCC.
• At 10:14 a.m. on Saturday, a 36-year-old man was arrested for criminal mischief and domestic violence/assault and taken to LCCC.
Drunken driving
• At 7:29 p.m. on Wednesday, 31-year-old Chelsie Nelson was arrested for driving while intoxicted after a report of a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision on the 1600 block of Anka Street. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
• At 8:07 p.m. on Wednesday, 37-year-old Thomas Olsen was arrested for driving while intoxicted after a report of a vehicle swerving on the roadway on the 8600 block of Teal Street. Olsen was processed at Juneau Police Department and released, and the vehicle he was driving was impounded.
• At 3:10 p.m. on Thursday, a 36-year-old man was arrested for a drug related DWI on the 200 block of Marine Way and released pending charges. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
• At 12:07 a.m. on Sunday, 68-year-old Michael Allen David Stanley was arrested for driving under the influence on the 3500 block of Douglas Highway and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
• At 2:38 a.m. on Sunday, 44-year-old Charlie Siale Fale Jr. was arrested for driving under the influence on the 2600 block of Mendenhall Loop Road and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.
Drug misconduct
• At 11:47 p.m. on Friday, 52-year-old Webb Holbrook Malakowski was arrested for multiple charges of misconduct involving a controlled substance on the 9400 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.
Shoplifting
• At 5:55 p.m. on Thursday, a 57-year-old man reported shoplifting froma business on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
Theft
• At 5:24 p.m. on Wednesday, a 37-year-old man reported his 2006 Pontiac on the 3900 block of Portage Boulevard. The vehicle was later recovered.
• At 6:42 p.m. on Thursday, a 40-year-old man reported a revolver stolen on 1300 block of Brittany Place. It was later located and had not been stolen.
• At 10:14 p.m. on Friday, a 28-year-old man reported her mother’s cellphone stolen on the 1500 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 5:05 p.m. on Friday, a 57-year-old woman reported her red Dodge Durango stolen on the 200 block of Franklin Street.
• At 4:57 a.m. on Sunday, a 74-year-old woman reported a speaker stolen from her residence on the 8400 block of Thunder Mountain Road.
• At 4:33 p.m. on Saturday, a 27-year-old man reported the theft of snowboards from outside a local business on the 3000 block of Fish Creek Road.
Traffic stop
• At 10:16 a.m. on Thursday, 46-year-old Cindy Annett Jefferson was cited and released for driving without a license on the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue.
Trespassing
• At 6:53 a.m. on Thursday, 54-year-old Kathi Peterson was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 3200 block of Hospital Drive and taken to LCCC.
• At 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, 39-year-old Jolie Ray Locke was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard and taken to LCCC.
• At 6:15 p.m. on Friday, 65-year-old male David Borleck was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 5900 block of Churchill Way and taken to LCCC.
• At 7:34 a.m. on Saturday, 34-year-old John Peter Gillen was cited and released for criminal trespass on the 200 block of Franklin Street. Thirty-year-old Willia James Gillen was arrested for criminal trespass and violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC.
• At 1:15 p.m. on Saturday, a 40-year-old man was arrested for assault/domestic violence, criminal mischief/domestic violence, violating a protective order, an outstanding JPD warrant, an outstanding AST warrant, and criminal trespassing. He was taken to LCCC.
Warrant arrest
• At 10:06 a.m. on Saturday, Lola Leilani Bilbrey was arrested on outstanding warrants and resisting arrest on the 5900 block of Churchill Way and taken to LCCC.
