Arrest

At 9:33 p.m. on Thursday, 36-year-old Jeffrey Garrison was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive for violating conditions of release. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

At 2:41 p.m.on Friday, 68-year-old Lyle Brown was arrested on Teal Street for violating a stalking protective order and was taken to LCCC.

At 8:04 a.m. on Saturday, 53-year-old Teresa Yerkey was arrested on Front Street on a warrant issued for failure to appear for the original charge of driving under the influence and was then taken to LCCC.

Burglary

At 1:35 a.m. on Friday, a 42-year-old man reported a burglary at a residence on Nowell Avenue.

At 7:23 p.m. on Friday, 25-year-old Jacob Bean was arrested on Fourth Street for trespass, felony assault and criminal mischief. Bean was taken to LCCC.

Domestic Dispute

At 5:25 p.m. on Thursday, Juneau Police Department responded to a family altercation regarding a 12-year-old girl in the Juneau area.

At 4:04 p.m. on Friday, a 54-year-old woman reported being assaulted by a 49-year-old woman in the Juneau area.

At 12:47 a.m. on Saturday, a 23-year-old man was arrested for interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime and assault in the Juneau area and was taken to LCCC.

Disturbance

At 10:17 p.m. on Friday, JPD received a report of a disturbance involving a 37-year-old woman and a 13-year-old girl on Mendenhall Loop Road.

At 10:15 p.m. on Friday, a 37-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault, violating conditions of release and interfering with authorities. He was taken to LCCC.

Motor Vehicle Crash without Injury

At 1:55 p.m. on Thursday, a 25-year-old woman reported her blue Jeep Compass was struck by another vehicle while parked on Auke Lake Way.

Theft

At 9:22 a.m. on Friday, a 71-year-old man reported a stolen 2008 Dodge Pick-up on Mendenhall Peninsula Road.

At 1:42 p.m. on Friday, a 57-year-old man reported the theft of firearms from his residence on Vista Drive.

At 9:57 p.m. on Friday, a 52-year-old woman reported unauthorized use of a credit card on Mendenhall Loop Road.
