Assault

At 9:01 p.m. Thursday, a 37-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Alcohol was a factor.

At 11:12 p.m. Thursday, 36-year-old Jeffrey Charles Garrison was arrested for violating conditions of release, criminal trespass and assault in the 8700 block of Teal Street. Garrison was taken to LCCC.

Burglary

At 9:22 a.m. Friday, a 55-year-old man reported someone entered his home in the 4400 block of Douglas Highway.

Child abuse/neglect

At 1:42 a.m. Friday, police investigated a report of child abuse.

Driving while intoxicated

At 12:44 a.m. Friday, 36-year-old Kevin William Grey was arrested for driving under the influence and refusal in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Grey was taken to LCCC, and the vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 3:22 a.m. Friday, 37-year-old Thomas Joseph Harris was arrested for driving under the influence on Yandukin Drive and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

At 3 a.m. Friday, a 36-year-old man reported a vehicle struck a mailbox and parked vehicle before leaving the area.

Drug activity

At 8:16 p.m. Friday, police investigated a report of drug activity.

Found property

At 12:20 a.m. Friday, a wallet was found in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue and turned into police.

Motor vehicle crash

At 11:48 a.m. Friday, a 28-year-old woman reported her vehicle was struck by a pickup truck in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. The pickup truck left the scene, and investigation continues.

Runaway

At 4:22 p.m. on Friday, police received of a runaway 14-year-old boy in the 4000 block of Granite Drive.

Theft

At 9:55 a.m. Friday, a 40-year-old woman reported her vehicle battery was stolen while parked at a business in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.

At 1:16 a.m. a Saturday 63-year-old man reported his belongings stolen in the 1300 block of Ninth Street.

At 5:39 p.m. on Friday, police responded to a report that a 40-year-old woman stole a backpack and its contents in Sealaska Plaza.

At 1:26 a.m. Friday, a 41-year-old man reported a 31-year-old man stole a bicycle.

At 11:54 a.m. Friday, a 56-year-old man reported the theft of DVDs from his residence in the 100 block of Franklin Street.

Trespassing

At 7:32 p.m. Thursday, a 42-year-old woman reported another woman trespassed on her property in the 5800 block of Pine Street.

At 12:12 a.m. Saturday, 34-year-old Jonathan Curtis Anderson was arrested for trespassing in the 8800 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC.

Vandalism

At 4:54 a.m. Friday, police received a report of vandalism to mailboxes on Ladd Street.

Warrant arrest

At 3:42 p.m. Thursday, 43-year-old James Robert Newman was arrested in the 7100 block of Glacier Highway on three Juneau Police Department warrants for failure-to-appear for a charge of driving without a valid license.

At 8:16 a.m. Friday, 40-year-old Nathan James Nichols was arrested in the 9100 block of Cinema Drive on two warrants. He was taken to LCCC.

At 10:20 a.m. Friday, 61-year-old Andrew Dean Cousins was arrested in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway on two warrants and taken to LCCC.

At 9:16 a.m. Friday, 30-year-old Flynn Trapp Lobaugh was arrested on a warrant and taken to LCCC.

At 3:34 p.m. Friday, 31-year-old Dillon Ikaika Walter was arrested in the 8700 block of Teal Street on two warrants for failure to appear for charges of larceny and vandalism.

At 6:35 p.m. 41-year-old Dawn Nose was arrested on a warrant in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive for failure to appear for a charge of damage to property. Nose was taken to LCCC.

Violating conditions of release

At 10:17 a.m. on Saturday, 40-year-old James Nichols was cited and released for driving without a valid license and violating conditions of release in the 3200 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.
