Arrest

At 12:22 p.m. on Thursday, Christian Ryan Brackett was arrested on Commercial Boulevard for misconduct involving controlled substances and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assault

At 8:14 p.m. on Thursday, Juneau Police Department received a report of an altercation between two juveniles on Mendenhall Mall Road.

At 7:31 p.m. on Friday, 38-year-old Reyna Regaldo was arrested on Ninth Street was arrested for second-, third- and fourth-degree assault as well as violating conditions of release. She was taken to LCCC.

Attempt to Serve

At 6:47 p.m. on Thursday, 34-year-old Marcus Jamestown was arrested on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive on a warrant for resisting arrest, assault, criminal mischief and trespassing. Alcohol was a factor.

At 6:54 p.m. on Saturday, 34-year-old Lindsey Yandell was arrested on Shell Simmons Drive on an Anchorage Alaska State Troopers warrant. Yandell was taken to LCCC.

Conditions Violation

At 5:26 p.m. on Thursday, JPD investigated a report of a 35-year-old woman violating conditions of release on Franklin Street.

At 6:36 p.m. on Saturday, 48-year-old Jason Allen Lee Martin-Wilson was arrested on Alaway Avenue for violating a serve and protect order and for violating conditions of release.

Death

At 6:02 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a death in the Juneau area, next of kin has been notified. The death is not considered suspcious.

At 2:07 p.m. on Saturday, JPD investigated a death in the Juneau area. Foul play is not suspected and next of kin has been notified.

Domestic Dispute

At 1:55 a.m. on Saturday, a 33-year-old man was arrested in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault and he was taken to LCCC.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 8:54 p.m. on Friday, 71-year-old Ronald Hakala was arrested on Engineers Cutoff Road for driving while intoxicated. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

At 4:15 a.m. on Saturday, 26-year-old Sofya Santo Tartisio was arrested on Glacier Highway for driving under the influence and refusal to cooperate with authorities. He was taken to LCCC.

At 11:52 p.m. on Saturday, 38-year-old Travis Hotch was arrested on Glacier Highway for driving while intoxicated, refusal to cooperate with authorities and driving while license was revoked. He was taken to LCCC.

Parking Complaint

At 7:04 p.m. on Thursday, a Mercedes E320 on Douglas Highway was impounded for safekeeping.

Sex Crime

At 10:34 p.m. on Thursday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of possible sexual abuse of a minor in the Juneau area.

At 5:30 p.m. on Friday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into a sexual assault in the Juneau area.

Theft

At 4:51 p.m. on Saturday, 21-year-old Brenten Attakai was arrested on Glacier Highway and later released for larceny.

Trespassing

At 4:48 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a report of a trespass on Glacier Highway.
