Assault

• At 5:15 a.m. on Thursday, a 36-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-assault, unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 6:34 p.m. on Thursday, a 39-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault and resisting arrest and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 6:24 p.m. on Thursday, a 44-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence- assault, unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC.

• At 9:31 a.m. on Friday, a 34-year-old woman was arrested for domestic violence- assault and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 8:46 p.m. on Saturday, a 62-year-old man was arrested for assault and misconduct involving weapons and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 9:58 p.m. on Sunday, JPD received a report of a man being assaulted at a local business on the 2800 block of Riverside Drive.

Burglary

• At 10:09 a.m. on Saturday, a 42-year-old man reported the burglary of his residence on the 3600 block of McGinnis Drive.

Conditions violation

• At 9:15 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD received a report of a 30-year-old man violating a protective order.

• At 8:52 a.m. on Friday, a 31-year-old man was arrested for unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC.

• At 5:59 p.m. on Saturday, JPD received a report from an 18-year-old woman that a 26-year-old man violated a protective order.

Disorderly conduct

• At 8:34 a.m. on Saturday, 74-year-old James George Brouillette Jr. was arrested for breaking a state order and taken to LCCC.

Domestic dispute

• At 7:14 p.m. on Wednesday, JPD responded to a report of a possible domestic violence altercation between a 34-year-old woman and a 36-year-old man.

• At 7:19 a.m. on Thursday, JPD received a report of a possible domestic disturbance.

• At 7:01 p.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of an altercation between a 38-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman.

• At 6:02 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to an altercation between a 42-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 4:27 p.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a report of a domestic dispute.

Driving while intoxicated

• At 5:44 p.m. on Wednesday, 30-year-old Isaac Taylor Stark was arrested for driving under the influence and violating conditions of release on the 9400 block of Berners Avenue and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 11:53 p.m. on Thursday, 18-year-old Jared Nicholas Burns was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol level of .196 and taken to LCCC. The scooter he was driving was impounded.

• At 2:34 a.m. on Saturday, 33-year-old Michael Paul Busby was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a breath alcohol level of .217, violating conditions of release and driving with a revoked license on Hayes Way and taken to LCCC. The vehicle he was driving was impounded. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 2:27 a.m. on Sunday, 23-year-old Evan John Tuiqalau was arrested for driving under the influence with a breath alcohol level of .154 and driving with license revoked on the 2900 block of Douglas Highway and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Found property

• At 8:24 a.m. on Thursday, a set of keys were found and place in safekeeping.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 6:55 a.m. on Thursday, JPD received a report on a vehicle that struck a guard rail on the 4000 block of Egan Drive.

Shoplifting

• At 6:40 p.m. on Thursday, JPD responded to a report of a theft from a business on the 3300 block of Douglas Highway.

Theft

• At 1:52 p.m. on Wednesday, a 30-year-old man reported his cell phone was stolen.

• At 11:33 a.m. on Thursday, a 52-year-old woman reported a theft on Egan Drive.

• At 4:46 p.m. on Friday, a 33-year-old man reported a 36-year-old man stole a watch on the 2200 block of Crow Hill. It was later recovered.

• At 5:15 p.m. on Saturday, a 37-year-old man reported his cell phone stolen on Egan Drive.

Traffic stop

• At 11:02 p.m. on Friday, a 26-year-old man was arrested for violating a domestic violence protective order, driving without a license and violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC.

• At 9:04 a.m. on Saturday, 20-year-old Sarai Elizabeth Tolber was cited and released for driving without a license on the 4100 block of Mendenhall Boulevard. 36-year-old Victor Ivan Cruz was arrested for an outstanding JPD warrant and taken to LCCC.

Trespassing

• At 12:02 p.m. on Saturday, 29-year-old Veronica Morgan Trapp was arrested for criminal trespass and violation of the conditions of release on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. 30-year-old Jeremy Michael Olivitt was arrested for criminal trespass and for violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC.

Vandalism

• At 12:34 p.m. on Friday, a man reported vandalism to city property on the 2000 block of Lemon Creek Road.

Warrant arrest

• At 2:08 p.m. on Saturday, 38-year-old Timothy James Ackerman was arrested for a JPD warrant and violating conditions of release on the 9100 block of Cinema Drive and taken to LCCC.
