Assault

• At 8:36 p.m. on Friday, a 31-year-old man reported being assaulted by a 27-year-old man, who was later located and arrested for domestic violence-assault and taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 10:40 p.m. on Friday, a 34-year-old man was arrested for multiple counts of assault and driving while intoxicated with a breath-alcohol content of .106 and taken to LCCC.

• At 7:33 p.m. on Saturday, a 16-year-old boy reported a 12-year-old boy was assaulted by an 18-year-old man on the 3800 block of Mendenhall Loop Road.

Conditions violation

• At 1:26 p.m. on Saturday, a 49-year-old woman was arrested for unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC. A 44-year-old man was arrested for unlawful contact and violating conditions of release and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Domestic dispute

• At 9:31 p.m. on Saturday, a 28-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence-criminal mischief and taken to LCCC.

Driving while intoxicated

• At 1:06 a.m. on Saturday, 28-year-old Matthew Louis Noguet was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the 3500 block of Mendenhall Loop Road and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

• At 1:34 a.m. on Sunday, 21-year-old Preston Cameron Houtary was cited and released for driving under the influence and reckless endangerment on the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Alcohol was a factor.

Liquor violation

• At 10:33 p.m. on Saturday, several juveniles were cited for minor consumption of alcohol and released to the their parents on the 16700 block of Glacier Highway. Alcohol was a factor.

Theft

• At 5:27 p.m. on Saturday, a 39-year-old woman reported her vehicle was stolen on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. It was later located and returned.

• At 11:07 a.m. on Sunday, 37-year-old Vanessa Marie Anderson was arrested for theft, criminal trespass and violating conditions of release on the 8100 block of Glacier Highway and taken to LCCC. Alcohol was a factor.

Vandalism

• At 2:51 p.m. on Friday, a 41-year-old man reported vandalism to two cars on the 1900 block of Lemon Creek Road.

Vehicle trespass

• At 8:12 a.m. on Saturday, a 37-year-old woman reported someone had trespassed in her vehicle and stolen several items on the 800 block of F Street.

Welfare check

• At 9:28 p.m. on Friday, JPD responded to a welfare check and helped an intoxicated woman get to a safe location on the 1300 block of Ninth Street. Alcohol was a factor.
