Police calls for Wednesday, April 3, 2019

Conditions violation

• At 2:38 a.m. Sunday, the Juneau Police Department arrested Rolanda Scaife, 23, in the 200 block of Front Street for violating conditions of release. Alcohol was a factor.

Disorderly conduct

• At 12:32 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Sebastian Lennon-Rodriguez, 43, in the 100 block of Franklin Street for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Alcohol was a factor. Lennon-Rodriguez was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• At 12:21 a.m. Monday, JPD arrested Steven Lythgoe, 45, in the 1900 block of Allen Court for disorderly conduct. He was taken to LCCC.

Domestic violence

• At 1:52 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested a 14-year-old boy in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault. He was taken to Johnson Youth Center.

• At 3:39 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested a 24-year-old man in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault. Alcohol was a factor. He was taken to LCCC.

• At 3:58 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested a 52-year-old man in the Juneau area for domestic violence assault. He was taken to LCCC.

Drunken driving

• At 9:28 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Victoria Johnson, 52, in the 4000 block of Egan Drive for driving while intoxicated. She was taken to LCCC and the vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Fraud

• At 5:42 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the 8700 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a 47-year-old woman who reported a man trying to use a stolen credit card.

Resisting arrest

• At 7:37 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Eddy Rodriguez, 45, in the 200 block of Marine Way for resisting arrest and interfering. Rodriguez was taken to LCCC.

Sex crime

• At midnight Sunday, JPD conducted a confidential investigation into the report of sexual assault.

Theft

• At 1:27 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Christian Thomas Knapp, 24, in the 3000 block of Dimond Park Loop for theft and violating conditions of release. He was taken to LCCC.

• At 4:55 p.m. Sunday, JPD investigated the report of a 33-year-old woman who reported her SIM card had been stolen.

Trespassing

• At 9:35 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Joel Mundy, 39, in the 800 block of 12th Street for criminal trespass. Mundy was taken to LCCC.

• At 3:56 p.m. Sunday, JPD responded to the 8700 block of Glacier Highway to investigate the report of a 30-year-old man trespassing at a business.

• At 8:06 a.m. Monday, JPD cited and released Vanessa Marie Anderson, 35, in the 8500 block of Steep Place for criminal trespass.

Vandalism

• At 5:39 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to the 200 block of Marine Way to investigate the report of a 42-year-old man who reported vandalism to his vehicle which happened during an attempted theft of the vehicle.

Warrant arrest

• At 12:52 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Kevin Willis, 52, in the 400 block of Franklin Street on an outstanding JPD warrant for failing to appear for an arraignment. The original charge was assault. Willis was also charged with driving without a license and was taken to LCCC.

• At 11:51 p.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Jereme Martuscelli, 45, in the 200 block of Front Street on an outstanding JPD warrant. He was also cited for driving with a revoked license and was taken to LCCC.
