Assault

At 3:07 p.m. on Friday, 47-year-old Sidney Wayne Speers was arrested on Teal Street for third-degree assault and was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assist

At 7:17 p.m. on Saturday, Juneau Police Department assisted another agency with DNA collection on Mendenhall Loop Road.

Attempt to Serve

At 9:49 a.m. on Saturday, 40-year-old Emily Virginia Williams was arrested on Nowell Avenue on a JPD warrant and charged with resisting arrest. She was taken to LCCC.

At 8:46 a.m. on Monday, 62-year-old Andrew Dean Cousins was arrested on Sherwood Lane on a warrant for failure to appear for the original charge of assault.

Conditions Violation

At 3:36 p.m. on Friday, 52-year-old Christine Anne Robidoux was arrested on Montgomery Street for violating a stalking protective order and for violating conditions of her release. Robidoux was taken to LCCC.

Disturbance

At 2:18 p.m. on Friday, JPD investigated a disturbance on Glacier Highway.

At 12:44 a.m. on Sunday, 26-year-old Brian Mielke was arrested on Front Street for disorderly conduct. Mielke was taken to LCCC.

Domestic Dispute

At 8:54 p.m. on Friday, a 36-year-old man was arrested on Jordan Avenue for second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, and for interfering with a domestic crime and criminal mischief. He was taken to LCCC.

At 11:07 p.m. on Friday, a 52-year-old woman was arrested on Julep Street for domestic violence assault. She was taken to LCCC.

At 11:35 p.m. 44-year-old Udo Brown was arrested on Valley Boulevard for violating conditions of release and was later released.

Driving While Intoxicated

At 11:09 p.m. on Friday, 35-year-old Anasia Nancy Neal was arrested in the Juneau area for driving while intoxicated and for refusal to submit to a breath test. She was taken to LCCC.

Motor Vehicle Crash Without Injury

At 2:50 p.m. on Friday, two vehicles were involved in a crash on Douglas Highway, but no injuries were reported.

At 3:57 a.m. on Sunday, 25-year-old Marco Martinez was arrested on Stephen Richards Memorial Drive for driving while intoxicated, refusal to cooperate with authorities, false information and violating conditions of release. Martinez was taken to LCCC.

At 9:48 a.m. on Sunday, JPD responded to the report of a vehicle in the ditch on Thane Road. The vehicle was impounded for safekeeping.

Theft

At 12:58 p.m. on Friday, 45-year-old Jon Giske was arrested on Glacier Highway on a $2500 petition to revoke probation on first-degree theft. He was taken to LCCC.

At 10:21 p.m. on Sunday, a 66-year-old reported a theft of area rugs in the Juneau area.

Welfare Check

At 3:48 a.m. on Saturday, JPD responded to a welfare check on Glendale Street.
