Assist
• At 4:42 p.m. Tuesday, the Juneau Police Department assisted another agency in the 100 block of Seward Street.
Burglary
• At 5:06 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of residential burglary in the 1700 block of Central Avenue. Investigation continues.
Domestic dispute
• At 10:49 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of domestic violence in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.
• At 11:55 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested a 44-year-old man for violating a domestic violence protective order in the Juneau area. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and held without bail. Alcohol was involved.
Drug activity
• At 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of drug activity in the Juneau area. Confidential investigation continues.

Drunken driving
• At 9:22 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Timothy James Marberry, 38, for driving under the influence in the 1000 block of Egan Drive. He provided a breath sample of .223 percent and was taken to LCCC where he was later released on his own recognizance. Alcohol was involved.
• At 10:38 p.m. Tuesday, JPD arrested Patrick Elisoff, 54, for driving under the influence, refusing to take a breath test and driving while license revoked in the 700 block of Willoughby Avenue. He was taken to LCCC on an unrelated $150 warrant. Alcohol was involved.
Fire and medical
• On Wednesday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to eight EMS calls, two transport calls, one call about a car fire where the flame were extinguished before arrival, one public service call and one call cancelled en route.
Motor vehicle accident
• At 2:06 p.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of motor vehicle hit-and-run resulting in vehicle damage only in the 11400 block of Auke Bay Harbor Road. Investigation continues.
Theft
• At 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, a 35-year-old woman reported two plants and one plant stand, valued at approximately $90, were stolen from a business porch in the 8700 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 9:17 p.m. Tuesday, a 16-year-old girl reported her phone and wallet were stolen in the 3400 block of Glacier Highway.
• At 8:09 a.m. Wednesday, a 28-year-old woman reported her bicycle was stolen in the 9300 block of Glacier Highway. It was later recovered.
• At 10:10 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report that $14,000 was missing from a business in the Juneau area. Investigation continues.
• At 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, JPD received a report of a stolen iPhone in the 4400 block of Wood Duck Avenue. Investigation continues.
Warrant served
• At 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, Alaska State Troopers arrested Sherry Petranovich, 49, on an outstanding $4,000 warrant for failure to appear in court on an original hit-and-run charge. She was taken to LCCC.
