Assault
• At 9:43 p.m. Thursday, the Juneau Police Department received a report of public fighting in the 200 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved.
• At 1:51 a.m. Friday, JPD received a report that a 48-year-old man was assaulted in the 2800 block of Postal Way. Investigation continues.
• At 8:34 a.m. Friday, JPD arrested a 14-year-old boy for assault in the 2400 block of Oday Drive. He was taken to the Johnson Youth Center.
Assist
• At 3:21 p.m. Thursday, JPD assisted another agency in the 200 block of Marine Way.
Drug activity
• At 4:35 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of drug activity in the 300 block of Seventh Street. Investigation continues.
Fire and medical
• On Thursday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to five EMS calls, three transport calls and one false fire alarm.
Motor vehicle crash
• At 7:36 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of a motor vehicle crash with no injuries in the 100 block of Franklin Street.
Shoplifting
• At 12:48 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of shoplifting in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. Investigation continues.
Theft
• At 8:22 a.m. Friday, a 52-year-old woman reported her wallet was stolen in the Juneau area.
Vandalism
• At 3:20 p.m. Thursday, JPD received a report of trespassing in the 2000 block of Salmon Creek Lane. Investigation continues.
• At 5:37 a.m. Friday, a 21-year-old woman reported an unknown person smashed the window of her 2012 Jeep and stole her purse in the 6000 block of Montgomery Street.
