Assault

• At 12:08 a.m. Monday, the Juneau Police Department responded to an assault in the 100 block of Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.

Assist

• At 1:17 a.m. Monday, JPD assisted another agency in remanding a 44-year-old man in the 5500 block of Aisek Street.

• At 10:17 a.m. Monday, JPD assisted the probation office with a remand in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved.

Burglary

• At 2:17 p.m. Monday, JPD responded to a burglary in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Investigation continues.

• At 9:26 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of a possible burglary in the 8400 block of Canyon Drive. Investigation continues.

Child abuse/neglect

• At 11:58 a.m. Tuesday, JPD received a report of child abuse/neglect in the Juneau area. Confidential investigation continues.

Criminal trespass

• At 11:08 p.m. Monday, JPD arrested William Reyes, 53, for a criminal trespass in the Juneau area. He was taken to Lemon Creek Correctional Center and later released on his own recognizance.

Domestic dispute

• At 1 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a domestic assault in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.

• At 7:30 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested a 26-year-old man in connection to a domestic violence assault and criminal mischief in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved.

• At 11:14 p.m. Saturday, JPD responded to a criminal mischief incident involving domestic violence in the Juneau area. Alcohol was involved. Investigation continues.

Drug activity

• At 7:18 p.m. Monday, JPD received a report of possible drug activity after a probation remand in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road. Investigation continues.

Drunken driving

• At 11:31 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Bobbi McCoy for driving while under the influence on Davis Avenue. Her breath alcohol sample was 0.120 percent. She was taken to LCCC and later released on her own recognizance.

• At 2:42 a.m. Sunday, JPD arrested Elisa Gaytan for driving under the influence. Her breath alcohol content was 0.184 percent. She was taken to LCCC.

Failure to stop

• At 1:46 a.m. Sunday, JPD reported a failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer in the 3200 block of Egan Drive. Investigation continues.

Fight

• At 12:29 a.m. Sunday, JPD received a report of two men fighting in the downtown area. One man was injured but declined to press charges. Alcohol was involved.

Fire and medical

• On Monday, Capital City Fire/Rescue responded to nine EMS calls and one false fire alarm.

Motor vehicle crash

• At 3:32 p.m. Saturday, a 58-year-old man reported his vehicle was struck while parked in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway. The front bumper and headlight were damaged.

Sexual assault

• At 10:11 a.m. Monday, JPD received a report of sexual assault in the Juneau Area. Confidential investigation continues.

Shoplifting

• At 7:13 p.m. Monday, JPD cited and released Michael Hoyt, 37, for larceny after he took $33 in merchandise from Foodland IGA in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue. He was served a trespass letter effective for one year. Alcohol was involved.

Theft

• At 9:17 p.m. Saturday, a 34-year-old woman reported her 2001 Dodge sedan was stolen in the 11700 block of Glacier Highway. JPD located the vehicle and returned it to the owner. Alcohol was involved.

• At 12:01 a.m. Monday, JPD received a report of theft in the 3600 block of McGinnis Drive. Investigation continues.

Vandalism

• At 5:43 p.m. Saturday, JPD received a report of vandalism in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Investigation continues.

Vehicle trespass

• At 1:24 p.m. Saturday, a 71-year-old man reported his vehicles were rifled in the 8100 block of Pinewood Drive. He told police a flashlight valued at approximately $40 was taken.

• At 7:48 a.m. Sunday, a 52-year-old man reported his unlocked vehicle was riffled in the 300 block of Twelfth Street. A Leatherman tool valued at approximately $55 was taken.

Warrant arrest

• At 6:05 p.m. Saturday, JPD arrested Geoffrey Alter on a $10,000 warrant in the 300 block of Distin Avenue. He was taken to LCCC.
