The driver of a GMC Yukon was seriously injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Egan Drive Monday afternoon.
The woman, whose name has not been released, was ejected from the vehicle when it rolled near the Fred Meyer intersection at about 3:48 p.m., Juneau Police Department spokeswoman Erann Kalwara said.
Capital City Fire/Rescue EMTS transported the woman to Bartlett Regional Hospital. Police did not have an update on her medical status.
Officers are still on scene investigating the crash, and directing traffic. Initially, traffic near the McDonald’s intersection was shut down, then the outbound lane of Egan Drive was shut down at about 4:35 p.m.
